In the period from March to December 2016, we carried out all the passive fire protection measures defined in the design. In the first phase, we executed the cladding of the load-bearing steel structure and achieved R90 fire resistance class, classified according to EN13501-2. We applied the system Promat Promatect-200 of 15 mm and 20 mm thickness. The scope of executed works was 3800m2 of realized fire protective cladding. In the second phase of the project, we executed the full fire sealing system of all installations including: fire dampers, electrical cables (supply and signal), non-flammable pipes insulated with Armaflex insulation, flammable pipes (water supply and sewerage), and all construction openings temporarily not used in the production process. For all executed works, we supplied to the client the entire as-built design with photographic documentation. At the technical inspection, carried out on 15/12/2016, the competent fire protection inspectorate commended us on quality and expertly executed work, and submitted certification documentation.
